Welcome to the Greater Metropolitan Fishing League

Established in the spring of 1997 as a good reason to go out fishing during the week.

The league was created
in-between broomball games
during a tournament in January
that same year.

We practice catch and release,
unless you plan to eat your catch,
after all we are fishermen.
